Active in more than 25 sports, we cover all aspects of a successful sporting event from the distribution of media rights, sponsorship, media production, event operations through to digital solutions. We are looking for a Manager in our Summer Sports Team as soon as possible.

Job Requirements

Job Description

•Conceptual and strategic planning of existing and new projects in close co-ordination with the Vice President Summer Sports including financials

•Support the superior in day-to-day co-ordination of Infront’s subsidiaries (BOD Agenda, minutes, strategic plannings)

•Assistance in special projects in Summer Sports

•Assistance in additional topcis for the strategic and operational (media and marketing) development of the Infront Group

Sales support/preparation: data/market research and documentation of the relevant territories, competitors, new properties, etc. including creating rights overviews, internal memos, PowerPoint presentations (internal and external) and knowledge sharing documents, etc.

•Support of CRM topics including development of data bases

•Support in regular Summer Sports financial planning, budgeting and reporting process

•Support in general and further development of existing/new summer sports properties/relationships

Support superior in selected/special projects on a case-by-case basis.

Experience:

•At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar function

•Advanced/specialized education (bachelor/master degree)

•Technical/commercial apprenticeship with advanced professional training

Skills and competences

Mature personality

•Proactive and ambitious thinking

•Willingness to take responsibility for getting things done

•Problem solver or analyst or expert on details

•Builds effective internal and external Networks

•Role or field of duties with medium complexity

•Collaboration in projects or responsibility for sub-projects

Languages:

Fluent in English

•Fluent in German or any other languages are a plus
